،میں نے ہر بار تجھ سے ملتے وقت تجھ سے ملنے کی آرزو کی ہے
Each time we meet, I yearn for more,
،تیرے جانے کے بعد بھی میں نے تیری خوشبو سے گفتگو کی ہے
Even when apart, your fragrance I adore.
،یہ تیرے خط تری خوشبو یہ تیرے خواب و خیال، متاع جاں ہیں ترے
Your letters, dreams, and thoughts so dear,
Are treasures to me, their promises clear.
،قول اور قسم کی طرح گذشتہ سال انہیں میں نے گن کے رکھا تھا
کسی غریب کی جوڑی ہوئی رقم کی طرح ۔
Last year, I counted them, every one,
Like borrowed wealth, they shone like the sun.
،وہ کسی دن نہ آ سکے پر اسے پاس وعدے کو ہو نبھانے کا ہو
بسر انتظار میں ہر دن دوسرا دن ہو۔
One day, they may not come to be,
But I'll keep my word, just wait and see.
اس کے آنے کا ہے محبت حیات کی لذت ورنہ کچھ لذت حیات نہیں۔
Love brings joy to life, it's true,
Without it, life has no pleasure to pursue
کیا اجازت ہے ایک بات کہوں وہ مگر خیر کوئی بات نہیں۔
May I share a thought, though it may be small?
But really, it doesn't matter much at all
شرم دہشت جھجھک پریشانی ناز سے کام کیوں نہیں لیتیں۔
Your charm, your grace, so hard to resist,
Why not use them to your advantage, insist
آپ وہ جی مگر یہ سب کیا ہے تم مرا نام کیوں نہیں لیتیں۔
You have that magic, yet you don't speak my name,
Oh, the mystery behind this remains the same
پاس رہ کر جدائی کی تجھ سے دور ہو کر تجھے تلاش کیا۔
Close to you, I sought distance and space,
Far away, I searched for your sweet face
میں نے تیرا نشان گم کر کے اپنے اندر تجھے تلاش کیا۔
Lost your mark, yet within me, I sought,
For you, my dear, the love I have never forgot
